How Centrix Digital Solutions collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share with us.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Centrix Digital Solutions ("Centrix", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to the services, communications, and interactions connected to it.

We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and we work with clients and visitors in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and elsewhere. Because our visitors come from many places, this Policy is written to reflect the protections of several privacy frameworks, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and UK GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA). Where a specific law gives you rights, the relevant section below explains them.

Who this Policy covers

This Policy covers Centrix Digital Solutions and any affiliates, offices, or entities that operate under the Centrix name now or in the future. If we establish operations in additional regions, this Policy continues to apply, and we will update the details below to reflect any new locations or legal points of contact.

The information we collect

We collect information in a few straightforward ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically when you use our website, and information we receive from trusted service providers.

Information you give us directly. When you complete a form on our website, request a call, subscribe to updates, apply for a role, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, the industry you work in, the service you are interested in, and any message or details you choose to include. If you apply for a position, you may also provide the contents of your application, such as your work history and any documents you send.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (derived from your IP address), the pages you view, the links you click, and how you arrived at and move through the site. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains these in more detail and describes your choices.

Information from service providers. We use reputable third parties to help us run our website and communicate with you (for example, analytics and marketing platforms). These providers may share limited information with us, such as aggregated performance data or engagement metrics, so we can understand how our website and communications perform.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government identifier information) through this website, and we ask that you not send it to us through our forms.

We use your information to respond to you, to provide and improve our services, and to run our business responsibly. Specifically, we use it to:

  • respond to your inquiries, requests, and applications, and to arrange and conduct calls or meetings;
  • provide, personalize, and improve our services and your experience with us;
  • send you updates, insights, or marketing communications you have asked to receive, and let you opt out at any time;
  • understand and improve how our website and communications perform;
  • keep our website, systems, and business secure and prevent misuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

For visitors protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you subscribe to marketing or agree to non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (for example, responding to a project inquiry), our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business in ways that do not override your rights (for example, understanding website performance or securing our systems), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the way those terms are defined under California law, except as described in the choices below. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with trusted companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, customer relationship management, email and marketing delivery, and analytics. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us and are required to protect it.
  • Our affiliates and group companies. We may share limited information with our affiliates and companies within our group where it helps us provide and improve our services and deliver the full range of capabilities our clients rely on. Any such sharing is subject to this Policy and appropriate protections.
  • Advertising and measurement partners. With your consent where required, we may use advertising and measurement tools (such as major analytics and advertising platforms) that help us understand and improve our marketing. Our Cookie Policy describes these and your choices, including how to opt out.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Centrix, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

International data transfers

Because we operate from Canada and work with visitors and providers in different countries, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in a country other than the one you live in, including Canada and the United States. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you are located. Where we transfer personal information subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR outside the UK, European Economic Area, or another region with equivalent protections, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, to protect your information.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to you, to provide our services, to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You have choices about how we use your information, and depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights.

Marketing choices. From time to time we may contact businesses and professionals, including in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere, about our services. We do this in line with the marketing and anti-spam laws that apply in those places, and we always give you a clear way to opt out. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages related to your inquiries or our services.

Cookies. You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. See our Cookie Policy for details.

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (GDPR / UK GDPR), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to access and delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (as those terms are defined under California law). You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information for money. If we ever offer opt-out choices for sharing related to advertising, we will honour recognized opt-out preference signals where required.

If you are in Canada (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections, subject to the exceptions permitted by law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and in some cases we may be unable to fully complete a request where the law allows or requires us to retain certain information.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-party websites

Our website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and where the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
