We do not always have open roles, and we hire selectively, but we are always interested in connecting with exceptional people in web design, SEO, and content. SEO Specialist

Our SEO work exists to do one thing: help the businesses we serve get found by the customers already searching for them, and turn that visibility into real growth. An SEO Specialist at Centrix owns the full picture of organic search for client sites, the technical foundation, the on-page work, and the strategy that ties it to business outcomes, across our five industries: pharmacy, dental, life insurance, beauty, and clothing.

What the role involves

  • Running technical SEO audits and working closely with our design and development side to resolve issues like site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Keyword research and search-intent mapping that connects each page to the way real customers actually search.
  • On-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, and structured data done properly.
  • Local SEO for the location-driven businesses we serve, where showing up in the local pack is the difference between a full schedule and an empty one.
  • Monitoring performance in Google Search Console and GA4, and translating the data into clear, plain-language recommendations and reporting clients can actually understand.
  • Staying ahead of how search is changing, including the shift toward AI-driven and answer-style search results, and adjusting strategy accordingly.

The kind of person we look for

  • Genuinely strong on the technical side, comfortable with site architecture and the basics of HTML and CSS, and able to talk to developers as a peer.
  • Hands-on experience with the standard toolset (Search Console, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog).
  • Analytical and honest with data, someone who looks for what is actually true rather than the flattering number.
  • A clear communicator who can explain a strategy to a business owner without jargon and without overpromising.
  • Curious and current, because search does not sit still.
  • Specialist depth in any of our verticals is a real advantage.

The kind of writing and content thinking we look for

Content Strategist / Copywriter

Content is how the businesses we serve earn trust before a customer ever picks up the phone. A Content Strategist / Copywriter at Centrix plans and writes content that does real work: it ranks, it reads beautifully, and it sounds like the calm, capable brand behind it. This is both a strategy role and a writing role, you plan what to say and you write it well, across pharmacy, dental, life insurance, beauty, and clothing.

What the role involves

  • Planning content strategy that aligns with each client's business goals and the way their customers make decisions, then shaping it into a clear editorial plan rather than a pile of disconnected posts.
  • Writing genuinely good copy: website pages, service pages, articles, and on-page content that is persuasive, accurate, and a pleasure to read.
  • Working hand in hand with SEO so content is built around real search intent and keyword strategy from the first draft, not bolted on afterward.
  • Developing and protecting a consistent brand voice across everything, and editing other people's work to hold that standard.
  • Writing with the discipline each industry demands, including the regulated ones, where accuracy and careful, compliant language matter as much as polish.
  • Using performance data (engagement, search performance) to sharpen what comes next.

  • An exceptional writer first, someone with genuine command of language, structure, and tone, and a portfolio that shows range.
  • A strategic thinker who can plan content, not just produce it, and explain why a piece exists.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO and how strong content and strong search support each other.
  • Meticulous: a sharp eye for detail, fact-checking, and error-free work.
  • Able to write convincingly for serious, trust-driven industries without resorting to hype.
  • Comfortable adapting voice across very different audiences, from a pharmacist to a fashion founder.
