At Centrix Digital Solutions ("Centrix", "we", "us", or "our"), how we work matters as much as the results we deliver. This Ethics Policy sets out the principles that guide how we treat our clients, our people, and the work we do. It reflects the standards we hold ourselves to every day.
Our commitment
We are in the business of helping other businesses grow. That only works when it is built on trust. We are committed to acting with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in everything we do, and to treating the people we work with fairly and with respect.
Honest representation
We represent our services, our experience, and our results truthfully. We do not make promises we cannot keep, and we are clear about what our work can and cannot do. When we show examples of our work or outcomes, we describe them accurately. We would rather set realistic expectations and exceed them than overstate what is possible.
Doing right by our clients
Our clients trust us with their goals, their budgets, and often with sensitive information about their businesses. We take that seriously. We aim to give clear, honest advice, even when it is not what a client hoped to hear, and to recommend what genuinely serves their interests. We treat the information our clients share with us as confidential and handle it with care.
Independence and conflicts of interest
We work with many businesses, and we are committed to serving each of them fairly. Where a potential conflict of interest arises, we address it openly and act in a way that protects the interests and confidentiality of the clients involved. Our advice is based on what we believe will deliver the best outcome, not on outside influence.
Responsible marketing
The same standards we bring to our own communications, we bring to the work we do for clients. We believe in marketing that is honest and respectful of the people it reaches. We do not engage in deceptive practices, and we work in line with the marketing, advertising, and anti-spam laws that apply to the audiences we reach.

Our team is the heart of what we do, and we are committed to building a workplace where people are treated fairly and with respect. We value the range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that our people bring, and we believe that diversity makes our work stronger.
