An independent pharmacy pulled out of search invisibility, into the local results the chains had to themselves.

Hillcrest Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy in the US with a clear, welcoming website that almost no one found through search. Up against national chains with far bigger budgets and storefronts on every other corner, its genuine, personal service stayed hidden, because when a patient searched for a pharmacy, a flu shot, or help with a prescription, the chains filled the page and Hillcrest was nowhere on it.

Objective

Hillcrest needed to reach the patients already searching for a pharmacy nearby, without trying to outspend the chains.
