With its new compounding microsite, Compounding Wellness, now live, Pharmasave South Stormont Pharmacies needed to be found. Patients across the Cornwall area searching for compounding services had to be able to discover the site, and it had to compete for that attention against established options. Centrix set out to make the pharmacy's compounding specialization findable in search, service by service.

Objective

A new site in a new area starts invisible. The goal was to build the search foundation that would put Pharmasave South Stormont's compounding service in front of the patients across the Cornwall area actively looking for it, ranking not for a single generic compounding term but for the specific compounding services patients actually search.

The Challenge

A brand-new site in a new area starts with no visibility at all. To grow compounding across the Cornwall area, Pharmasave South Stormont had to compete for local search attention against established options, in a region where many patients did not yet know the service existed. It also had to be found not just for compounding in general but for the specific therapies, from BHRT to paediatric to veterinary, that patients search by name. That meant building organic visibility, local presence, and consistent listings from the ground up.

Centrix built a focused search foundation around the pharmacy's compounding specialization: a per-service, topically relevant site architecture, local SEO across both locations and the wider Cornwall area, and accurate, consistent business listings, all aimed at the patients and the region that mattered.

What We Did

Per-service SEO for the whole compounding menu.

The compounding-focused domain and its dedicated per-service page architecture were used as a topical-relevance asset. Each of the eight compounding services, BHRT, paediatric, veterinary, pain-management topicals, and the rest, was optimized as its own education-rich, search-ready page. This let the pharmacy rank for the specific compounding services patients actually search for, rather than a single generic compounding page competing for one broad term.

Local SEO across both locations.

Centrix optimized for local discovery across both locations, Long Sault and Ingleside, and the broader Cornwall area, including local search and Google Maps, so the service surfaces for nearby patients searching locally, wherever in the area they are.

Directory listings, submitted and managed.

Centrix carried out directory listing submissions and ongoing management, building accurate, consistent business listings and citations across the directories that matter. Consistent listings mean both locations are found reliably, and the local ranking signals that depend on accurate, matching business information are strengthened over time.

Content that ranks and reassures.

The per-service patient-education content, how each therapy works and the questions patients ask, does double duty: it is topical SEO content that supports rankings, and it is trust-building material that gives patients confidence once they arrive. In a health-sensitive field, that content is kept accurate and clinically appropriate.

Bilingual reach.

Building for both English and French widened the site's searchable footprint across the Cornwall area, so the pharmacy could be found by more of the community searching in either language.
